This programme has been designed to get the management of an organisation to fully understand what a coaching culture looks like and understand the benefits it will bring to their organisation. They will, as part of the programme process, commit to demonstrating the right behaviours and taking the right actions needed to build their coaching culture. In addition they will learn how to coach using the Release The Magic coaching model and will commit to becoming role models to the rest of the organisation.
